1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of advice via phone calls by Leanne Baker.
By purchasing and participating in a phone call session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
2.1 "We," "us," and "our" refer to Leanne Baker.
2.2 "You" and "your" refer to the client receiving the advice.
2.3 "Advice" refers to any information, guidance, or recommendations provided during the phone call.
3. Scope of Advice
3.1 The advice provided during the phone call is based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific results and any outcomes are dependent on your actions and circumstances.
3.2 The advice is intended for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our advice and the use of this service.
4.2 We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the advice provided.
4.3 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the advice provided.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 We are committed to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information you provide during the phone call will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Payment and Refunds
6.1 Payment for the phone call advice session must be made in full prior to the scheduled call.
6.2 Refunds are not available for completed phone call sessions. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Amendments
7.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
