Anywhere in the world that Australia Post ships.
How long does shipping take?
We ship every day during planner season and every 2-3 days during the rest of the year.
How do I track my order?
An email will be sent with your tracking details once your order has been packed on our end.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Please email hello@leannebaker.com and I will arrange the return on your behalf.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once the product has arrived to me, returns typically take 2-3 days to process.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Absolutely, if the item is in stock. Please email hello@leannebaker.com to organise this.

When can I order my planner for 2023?
Orders will be taken from August 1-7 2023.
What is your number one tip for planning?
Remove the pressure. Commit to 5 minutes a day with your planner - dream up your day and aim for it to be a positive experience. What do you get to do today? What is something you'll be glad you did? Take the next small step and watch your whole world change.
